Oxford sells 75% interest in GTA industrial parks to TPG for $1B

Oxford Properties Group has sold a 75% stake in two Toronto-area industrial parks comprising 5.1 million square feet to San Francisco-based TPG for approximately $1 billion. It intends to recycle the proceeds into its industrial development program.

Primaris REIT (PMZ-UN-T) remains in acquisition mode after making two of Canada's largest shopping centre acquisitions of 2023, investing $370 million in the Halifax Shopping Centre and Annex, and $220 million in the Conestoga Mall in Waterloo, Ont.
