Sam is Managing Director, Head of Equity at Trez Capital. In this role, he oversees all new investment activity across the equity platform and is responsible for developing the go-forward market strategy for both direct and joint-venture investments destined for future Trez Opportunity Funds (TOFs) and Trez Capital Private Real Estate Fund Trust (TPREF). Sam brings with him over 10 years of experience in the real estate investment industry and has closed over USD $2.2B transactions across numerous real estate sectors.   Prior to joining Trez Capital, Sam worked as part of the Private Equity Real Estate team at Brookfield Asset Management in London, United Kingdom. Before Brookfield, Sam worked in investment-focused roles at Avignon Capital and Savills Investment Management.
