Jody Comeau has been with First National since 2005, starting in the company's residential mortgage division. Since 2015, he has overseen commercial lending in the Atlantic market and has witnessed its tremendous urban growth. Over that period, he has actively helped shape the region’s multifamily real estate boom, having funded more than $6 billion in loans and with a special focus in construction financing using CMHC-insured programs including MLI Select.
