Jacob Cohen is President of The Daniels Corporation, where he leads the company’s business operations and provides strategic direction across all stages of development, from land acquisition through to project completion. With more than 20 years at Daniels, he has progressed through senior leadership roles spanning project implementation, operations and finance, before assuming the presidency in 2025. Jacob oversees a diverse portfolio that includes condominium, rental, seniors’, student and affordable housing projects, with a focus on quality, sustainability and community impact. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from McGill University and brings both operational expertise and long-term city-building perspective to his leadership.
