As the Head of Sustainability & Asset Optimization at Colliers, Ali directs the enterprise-wide strategy, operational transformation, and sustainable investing for 100 million square feet of commercial real estate assets in Canada. His tenure has been defined by architecting high-margin advisory platforms and guiding institutional investors, PE firms, global banks, and Fortune 500 occupiers through complex sustainability mandates and energy transitions. Ali currently serves on the Board of BOMA Toronto, REALPAC’s ESG Committee, and the Ontario Society of Professional Engineers’ Energy Task Force.
