Gerald has been a licensed REALTOR since 1990 is currently Broker / Manager at Royal LePage Magna Realty in Edmonton.
He holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation from the CCIM Institute as well as the Fellow of the Real Estate Institute (FRI) and the Certified Leasing Officer (CLO) designations from REIC.
In addition to real estate sales, Gerald is an active instructor, having instructed for the Alberta Real Estate Association, the Real Estate Council of Alberta, and currently with the Real Estate Institute of Canada where he instructs Ethics, Legal Issues, Leasing, and Consumer Behaviour courses.
Born and raised in Edmonton, Gerald and his wife reside in Jasper Place. They have three adult children.
