AIP Realty Trust has acquired its third industrial facility in Texas and grown its pipeline of future acquisitions to more than 841,000 square feet of leasable space, the company reports.
Toys"R"Us (Canada) Ltd. will undertake a major Canadian expansion in the coming months, opening nine new stores, as well as two additional Babies"R"Us stores, in former Bed, Bath and Beyond and buybuy Baby locations.
