Walmart Canada has announced a $6.5-billion investment in Canada over the next five years, which it says includes “dozens of new stores across the country”, and the openings for several previously announced new facilities.
UPDATED: Primaris REIT (PMZ-UN-T) is kicking off the new year by acquiring interests in the Southgate Centre in Edmonton and Oshawa Centre in the Greater Toronto Area from Ivanhoé Cambridge, and selling the Sherwood Park Mall just outside Edmonton.
