The high-density land market in the City of Toronto and its suburbs experienced a significant decline in pricing and investor sentiment in Q2, according to the latest GTA High Rise Land Insights Report from Bullpen Research & Consulting and Batory Management.

 

Strategic Group buys Calgary tower for $17M, plans residential conversion

Calgary-based real estate company Strategic Group has purchased the former Chevron Plaza, a 25-storey office tower in downtown Calgary, with plans to convert it into 332 residential units.
