Industrial outdoor storage and parking

Owner and operator Michael Rogers is the guest this week, discussing a variety of industrial investment subjects including outdoor storage and parking.

Rogers is the founder of Cleveland, Tenn.-based Chandler Properties. He is a former internal auditor who has become a full-time real estate investor and developer.

Included in the discussion are: what's involved in developing industrial real estate; specific issues for industrial outdoor storage and parking; and making the transition into real estate investing full-time

Rogers is a Certified Public Accountant and real estate investor with a background in self-storage and truck parking.

In January 2017, he left from his corporate career as an internal auditor to focus full-time on real estate investing and managing his self-storage portfolio.

He is currently focusing on developing a 200,000-square-foot industrial warehouse park.
